It is
often difficult for Vegans to find the right place to express their passion for
vegan produce. This year, there’s something for them to look forward to again –
VegFest London.
On November 10, 2018, VegFest London will be
coming back for awesome surprises. This festival aims to spread awareness about
the vegan lifestyle as it celebrates the positive effects of being vegan.
Everything Healthy
This
event is a showcase of the efforts of the vegan community in making the world a
better place. The assortment of vegan produce items for everyone is one of the
highlights of the event.
The
festival started in 2013 and is set to get better and better for the years to
come. Through the event, the organizers want to show the world how wonderful it
is to be vegan. Contrary to what many people think, there are actually a lot of
alternative vegan meals that are healthier and more delicious.
VegFest
London will showcase different mini events that will surely be enjoyed by the
attendees. There’s a whole lot to learn about the vegan experience too. There
will be cooking demonstrations, vegan food product bazaars, and inspirational
speakers.

Learning from Others
Various
speakers of different backgrounds will share their experiences to inspire
fellow vegans. One of them is Genesis Butler, an 11-year old vegan and animal
rights advocate.
Another
true inspiration is John Lewis who conquered his weight problems. He did this
through hard work and love of sports. Now known as the ‘Badass Vegan,’ Lewis
continues to help people while doing what he loves.
Also
in the roster of speakers is Toni Okamoto, the founder of "Plant-Based on
a Budget" website. This website is a life saver for vegans who like to keep
it simple and cheap – truly a practical guide for vegans all over.
There
will also be cause advocates who will share their own vegan experiences. Some
of them are James Wildman (humane educator) from the Animal Rights Foundation, Camille
Labchuk (animal rights lawyer), and Susie Coston (national shelter director) of
the Farm Sanctuary. Leading actuary in Canada, Caterina Lindman, will also be
giving a talk.
Famous
vegans Yoda Olinyk and Amanda Baker will surely make the festival more
memorable and meaningful as they share stories and experiences. Olinyk is the
owner of Yoda’s Kitchen while Baker
is known for her extraordinary journey towards finding inner peace.
The
event will be on Saturday, November 10, 2018. It will start at 10:00 in the
morning and will end at 6:00 in the afternoon. Head out of your hotel room at
the Park Grand Kensington and visit Metroland Media Agriplex at 845
Florence Street in London to learn more about what being vegan means and feels
like.
You

others in this event. The festival is open to everyone. There’s an admission
